Enjoying garden furniture

Those who enjoy using their garden furniture to relax in their garden have been told that now is the time to start thinking about how the green space will look over the coming seasons.
Linda Fort, writing for GetReading.co.uk, said that planning what to do over the coming months is the perfect winter past time.
She added that she often finds herself in the kitchen, staring through her window in to her garden and thinking about the projects which she could undertake.
“One plan at the musing stage is the possibility of increasing the size of the vegetable patch. It rests on how well I can reshape the lawn to keep the design of the rear garden looking well balanced,” she told those considering investing in garden furniture.
Ms Fort stated that the best thing about winter planning is that it can be done from the comfort of a warm sofa inside the home.
Recently, the Daily Telegraph said that the plant of the month for January is the Daphne bholua ‘Jacqueline Postill’ AGM, which is an evergreen shrub with an upright habit and dark leathery leaves.
